Ghostrock, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Program Analyst to provide support to federal staff in Washington, DC.



Qualified candidates will be expected to:

Assist the team in identifying, monitoring and controlling all project requirements as well as supporting programming sequence by analyzing requirements, preparing a workflow chart and diagram using knowledge of computer capabilities and subject matter.
Assist with developing strategies to support client projects, programs, and objectives.
Work within a team to compile, complete, formulate and interpret technical data and financial information relating to assigned programs and projects.
Participate in strategic thinking mapping operations and positioning to execute plans.
Produce information by researching, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
Maintain customer/corporate confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Complete projects and action items by following up and tracking to closure.
Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information.


Position Requirements:

US Citizenship.
Ability to obtain and maintain an Active Public Trust Designation.
Bachelor’s Degree with one (1) year of relevant work experience; or
Three (3) years of relevant work experience without bachelor’s degree required.
Three (3) years of experience and skill in typing; knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
Experience supporting DHS or DoD clients as a contractor.
U.S. Coast Guard experience is a plus.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
Possess critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills.
The ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
The ability to use reference guides, grammar, and style manuals is required.
Prior military service is preferred.
Candidates must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
