Summary of Job:

This individual will be responsible for overseeing a team of Commercial Credit Analysts, who analyze commercial real estate, commercial credit, small business opportunities (C&I) , recommending appropriate lending structures, delivering quality credit memos with support, approve transactions within lending limits, and recommend loans to the Business Loan Committee.

This role will recommend and develop departmental procedures for policy adherence and effectively communicate and collaborate with impacted stakeholders. Day to day work will include oversight of team conducting cash flow analysis, spreading business financials and tax returns, spreading guarantor financials and tax returns, and other underwriting functions.

The Commercial Credit Manager is expected to function as a forward thinking, hands on manager, who takes the initiative to make improvements to business services procedures and processes to enhance the work environment and member experience. The incumbent will help ensure adherence to all Federal and State laws and regulations applicable to the Credit Union, including the Bank Secrecy Act.

Requirements:

5+ years as a Commercial Credit Analyst
2+ years managing a team of direct reports
Bachelor degree in finance, accounting or related degree
