We have a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Manager to join us, we are residential Service providers to manage a Children's Residential home in the Wellingborough NN8 area
The home is a 4-bed service for children & young people.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day running of the residential service, duties including management, recruitment, referrals, staff management and most importantly the well being of the children and young people within their care.
Salary: to be discussed at interview
Location: Wellingborough (NN8 area postcode)
Hours: Full time
Contract Type: Permanent

The role of Children's Home Manager offers the opportunity for a candidate already in a registered manager position, or a senior support worker looking for a new opportunity in an ambitious organisation, with the children and quality at the heart of their values and a dedicated leadership team with the vision to inspire and support young people to lead happy and successful lives.
The ideal candidate for this position will have strong leadership, managerial or good team leading skills and experience leading within a residential home for children & young people.

Responsibilities of the Registered Manager:

Hold CQC registration knowledge
Manage staff team within service
Ensure the staff and young people are supported at all times
Ensure the service offers care and support
Ensure the service is safe and efficient
Manage staffing and recruitment
Ensure the service meets CQC standards


Requirements:
NVQ or QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Children's Services)
NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential Services
Experience working within a Deputy or Registered Manager's or senior support worker position
Experience in a residential children's home environment
