What You’ll Receive

Starting Hourly pay is $12 to $15 per hour plus commission/bonus

What You’ll Do:

Handle inside sales for customers who need help getting coverage, managing their policy, or submitting a claim
Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Cross-sell products to existing customers
Convert leads to sales through text, phone and email
Provide information about the products and services
