Eagle Harbor is looking for an Intelligence Analyst to help support the DHS, ICE as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) using functional and subject matter area expertise gained through direct experience to assess the organizational, operational, and functional baseline for the Document, Benefit, and Labor Exploitation Unit (DBLEU) program

Responsibilities:

Provide specialized subject matter expertise support.
Access designated automated databases for identifying information of interest to the customer. Utilize databases and open-source documents to identify areas of concern to the DBLEU core functions.
Use functional and subject matter area expertise to assess the organizational, operational, and functional baseline for law enforcement and homeland security initiatives.
Work with senior government officials and executives to provide industry vision and strategic direction.
Serve as an expert to assist in determining policy recommendations and engaging a wide range of stakeholders, including local, state, and federal agencies.
Send deconfliction requests to other agencies for coordination purposes. For example: before initiating a labor exploitation investigation, ICE reaches out to Department of Labor (DOL) to see if they have any open investigations. Contractor
Provide support such as documenting other agency responses, prepare reports, comments, etc. based on their expertise.
Guide the determination of business process inadequacies and deficiencies that affect the functional area’s ability to support and meet organizational priorities.
Participate in strategy sessions and strategic assessments to validate enterprise approach and associated work products.
Provide expert consulting and advisory expertise in the areas of organizational and vulnerability assessments and resolution of highly complex project and problems.
Present oral briefings and written reports to HSI leadership.
Requirements:

US Citizen
Must be able to obtain/maintain a Top Secret Clearance, Active Top Secret preferred
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
Bachelor’s degree - education may be substituted with substantive experience. Experience includes processing and evaluating relevant information and identifying/ recommending solutions to a wide range of analytical problems, participating multi-agency liaison and coordination activities
Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in law enforcement or homeland security or a combination of any federal or state government agency and law enforcement agency.
