Human Resource Generalist

Responsibilities
§ Partner with managers/supervisors and employees to support various HR activities and initiatives over 3 shifts
§ Full life recruiting responsibility for direct and indirect operations hiring
§ Deliver new hire onboarding and orientation
§ Directly manage FMLA cases
§ Present at plant meetings
§ Conduct investigations on employee relations issues; coach and advise managers/supervisors on resolutions
§ Facilitate training programs/lunch and learns
§ Coach and advise managers/supervisors on performance management issues
§ Participate in employee engagement activities
Requirements
§ A Bachelor Degree in Business is desired. An MBA is a plus.
§ 2+ years relevant HR Generalist experience.
§ Experience in recruiting, staffing, and employee relations.
§ A Working knowledge of employment law, AAP, performance management practices, and employee relations practices.
§ Proficiency with HR systems (HRIS, ATS) with demonstrated proficiency with tools like SuccessFactors, WorkDay, or Taleo, etc.
§ Ability to provide HR leadership, support, innovative Ideas and meet the HR needs of business leaders and employees.
