The PeopleReady located at Riverside, California, 92507 is currently hiring a Order Picker

Job Description
As an Order Picker, you are responsible for assembly of new generation containers and repairing of multi-generational containers on company branded containers as assigned. They do not work every Saturday just when it is necessary.
Shift timing - 2nd shift (Evening)
Job Responsibilities

• Perform assembly-type functions using hand and power tools (without supervision)
• Ensure Quality Standards are met
• Move materials using a hand cart and or pallet jack
• Basic computer skills
• Pressure washing
• Shop clean up
• Perform light welding tasks (roof discs, door tracks) and simple fabrication
• Weld plastic (roofs/panels)
• Perform simple cutting operations with oxy/fuel equipment
• Adhere to all safety policies and safely perform all tasks, including adherence to OSHA regulations
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• Background check and Drug screen required.
• These positions require associates to have a working knowledge of hand tools, drills, grinders, etc.
• Need to understand how to read a ruler.
• Candidates who have basic carpentry experience or auto body repair are ideal.
• Candidates will use hand tools during most of the shift.
• Also comfortable using a 4ft ladder and lifting 50lbs consistently.
