What you’ll achieve In your role as an IT Content Developer
Your main responsibility is to collaborate with technical content illustrators, subject matter experts and stakeholders to create technical information for a Dell Technologies product lines.
You will:
Assist with creating and revising technical information content such as installation, operation and maintenance instructions, technical advisories, release notes
Publish content on multichannel platforms in form of PDF documents, web pages, blog articles, wikis, videos, and online help systems
Get guidance and training from senior colleagues to apply standard technical writing and content development practices
Participate in social media discussions related to technical content and information experience.
