Job Description:
The Sales Specialist will support our current customers and potential apartment communities to drive awareness and engagement for our lifestyle services platform throughout the DC Metro Area. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for visiting various communities on a daily basis with the goal of forming new relationships, strengthening existing relationships, and executing various promotions and campaigns. This position will support several evening events a month which are designed to engage residents and promote our brand to active communities. A successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of product/services presentations and closing deals quickly while representing our brand. Ultimately, a top-notch canvassar is someone who can intimately relate to people face-to-face and sell the prospect on our services quickly, without coming across as aggressive.

Must have:
M-F 9-5pm, events will be from 5pm-7pm
Consistently meet daily and weekly quotas
Ability to interface with our Apartment Community managers in person
Excellent in-person communication skills & time management skills
Top-notch networking, and negotiation abilities
Three H’s: Helpful, Humble, Hungry
Reliable independent transportation (car or truck)
Available to start immediately
Smart phone with the ability & space to download necessary applications
Experience with event-based marketing or multifamily industry
Seeking growth opportunities and joining the company full-time
External (i.e., in-person) sales experience

salary : 40k+ , plus commission and benefits
