We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for an Australian owned ecommerce agency that will support their US Team!

Filta is exclusively working with an Australian-owned digital marketing agency that assesses the performance of merchant stores on ShopifyPlus at each stage of the funnel, and craft strategies to improve conversion at each point. They then have the team of creatives and technical specialists to turn those strategies into beautifully-designed, highly-personalised touchpoints.

Their reputation is growing quickly across the States, and their client base is expanding internationally, with offices in Australia, USA, North America and the Philippines. To support this growth, we're looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the US Team and a group of pharmaceutical brands.

The role in a nutshell:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be directly reporting to the Australian General Manager and the US Based Account Manager providing support with the planning, developing and managing client’s digital strategy to improve their web presence and achieve their digital marketing goals.

What to expect in this role:

Assisting the account manager on a day-to-day basis
Being involved with project management, meetings and correspondence related to proactively helping with all the client relations regarding any projects
Requirements
What are we looking for?

Preferably with 1-2 years administration and coordination experience working in a fast-paced business but fresh graduates with good internship background are very encouraged to apply!
What is very important is that you have stellar communication skills and are able to collaborate with colleagues remotely
You are intellectually curious and highly detail-oriented
Ability to multi-task with multiple projects and deadlines
Bonus

Experience working with international teams would be an advantage
Experience in working for an advertising, digital marketing agency or recruitment business
