Title: Oracle HCM Functional consultant

Must-have skills: HCM, Oracle Learning Cloud and Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Taleo
Location:  Atlanta, GA

Remote or Onsite: On location at the Client?s site
Seniority on the skill/s required on this requirement: Middle
Earliest Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration:  6 months with possible extension
Additional information: The candidate should be able to provide an ID if the
interview is requested, to guarantee the Client that the candidate submitted,
interviewing and showing up for work is one and the same


Requirements:


HCM product and technical experience implementing Human Capital Management
solutions (3-5 years);
A minimum of Two (2) full life cycle implementations of Oracle Learning
Cloud and Oracle Recruiting Cloud;
Consulting experience with a consulting/software company;
Experience with Taleo Learning and Recruiting.   

Responsibilities: 


Lead business process workshops and advise client on the impacts of
adopting the Oracle Cloud solution;
Understand Oracle?s Implementation Methodology and use it on all
engagements;
Configure the Oracle Learning cloud and Recruiting solution;
Support the client during all phases of testing, production cutover and
post go live;
Support the client with any data migration efforts.
