Basics in developing process documentation and process flow
Knowledge or have direct experience in the following processes:
Service desk management
User access management
User access review
Able to work independently with limited supervision but know when to ask for assistance
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Basic experience using Microsoft Office products (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)

NOTE : Its a Contract W2 position not a C2C Requirement
