We are a growing company with a proven track record looking to add some talented sales agents to our team. This position will be taking live transfer calls from our marketing staff after they have made sure the customer was qualified for our services or inbound mail calls. So we are looking for a candidate that is well versed in rebuttals and painting pictures to close sales. Someone who is a good listener and can pick up the small details to provide a solution for the consumer.

This position pays commission per sale from $150-$185 each. We have payday every Friday rain or shine and offer Medical, Dental, & Vision benefits and 401k as well. Dress code is a comfortable casual environment in a nice office located at Park Plaza in Irvine.

Pay: ($7,000.00 - $9,500.00 per month)

Office hours are 8-5 M-F

Phone sales experience is required for this position.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
Make outgoing calls to customers
Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs
Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information

Skills

Proven experience as tele-sales or similar sales/customer service role
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas over the phone
Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
Strong communication and organizational skills, outgoing and ambitious
Self-starter, student mentally, detail oriented and punctual
Ability to build rapport with customers
Demonstrate integrity in interactions with customers and coworkers
Display a mature, professional and positive demeanor
Demonstrate our core values when handling confidential customer information
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficient in English
Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
Persistent and results-oriented
Patient and able to handle customer rejection
High school diploma; BSc/Ba is a plus

UNCAPPED commissions!
Base introductory hourly rate of $15.00/hr.
Full-time opportunity: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.
