Job Description:

Key skills: Oracle Identity Federation, Oracle Identity Governance, Oracle
Identity Analytics

· Candidate should have minimum of 10 to 12 years IAM domain experience.

· Candidate should play the role of Single point of contact for the project
delivery and responsible for overall delivery of services.

· Candidate should participate in all project related meetings
(Architecture/Design reviews, Status calls, Implementation / Rollout, Issue/
Risk review)

· Candidate should track and measure the progress of the project, publish the
dashboard / metrics and status reports in a periodic manner to all the
stakeholders.

· Candidate should track all the issues/risks related to the program and
publish the same on a regular basis.

· Candidate should Work with stakeholders to define and implement security
processes and procedure in align with IT security standards and policy set by
client.

· Candidate should review project status and other key deliverables.

· Candidate should ensure the all the resources are contributing to the output
of the project. Should review and report utilization.

· Candidate should provide support and guidance for IAM projects within OIM
skillset.

· Candidate should interact with vendors / stakeholders at Program level.

· Candidate should adopt, enforce, ensure change management processes within
the projects.

· Candidate should review project Artefacts and ensure all are maintained in
project defined repository

· Candidate should have excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

· Candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
