Ghostrock, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Program Manager with experience providing leadership and program oversight in support of the Lifecycle Sustainment and Integrated Product Support (IPS) responsibilities for the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (EXWC), Port Hueneme, CA, located at Naval Base Ventura County.

Position Responsibilities:

The Program Manager shall be Ghostrock’s liaison with the government’s Contracting officer and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), responsible for all activities conducted at the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (EXWC), and the authorized supervisor for technical and administrative performance.
The Program Manager or alternate shall have full authority to act for Ghostrock on all contract matters relating to this contract and subsequent Task Orders.
Conducts In-Process Review (IPRs) presentations to provide the Government with a detailed account of schedule and technical performance information of the Task Orders against the project plan, present.
The Program Manager or alternate shall be available during regular working hours.

Position Requirements:

US Citizen
Must be able to obtain and maintain an Active Secret Clearance; Candidates currently possessing an Active Secret Clearance (or higher) are preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering or Business.
At least ten (10) years Program/Project Management experience in any combination of industry, military services, joint and coalition related programs.
Experience in presentation development and conducting briefs at all levels of peers, program managers and senior management.

Position located in Port Hueneme, CA.
