Full-time Quality Control Chemist - Pharmaceutical

at Nastech consulting in New York

Must Haves:

CANDIDATE MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE TO NEW YORK

Min 3 years of QC Chemist experience (MUST HAVE)

3 years of in-lab Chemist experience (MUST HAVE)

Conducing testing and analysis

Candidate should be from Pharmaceutical Manufacturing or R&D setting

Hands on experience with GMP, SOP, Lab Safety, and USP

Working knowledge of HPLC, balance, pH meter, UV, and other lab instruments.
The general duties and responsibilities of the "Chemist" include but are not limited to the following:

Conduct routine testing or other analysis in a specific group or department setting.
Conduct advanced testing and/or critical testing, as required.
Operate specialized equipment or conduct specialized skill testing.
Participate in investigation activities.
Ensure compliance to all data integrity and cGMP practices, procedures, and expectations.
Ensure compliance with all good documentation practices.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Head of the Department or Section.
