Eagle Harbor is an emerging specialty consulting firm focused on providing innovative strategic planning, project development, and management solutions. We are a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and owned by the Village of Old Harbor, Kodiak Island, Alaska.

Eagle Harbor, a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Jr. Administrative Assistant to provide support in a management environment.

Qualified candidates will be expected to:

Perform administrative/technical support as directed, with continual supervision
Apply skills and knowledge in data management, document control, computer support, project control, and related areas to individual and team efforts
Position Requirements:

US Citizen
Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one-year experience as an Administrative Assistant
Personal computer literate with knowledge of email, word processing and spreadsheets
Experience with common office equipment, e.g. fax machines, copiers, projectors and PC printers
“L” Clearance is preferred
Position is located in Los Alamos, NM
