Kiliuda Consulting, a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Mid-Level Management Analyst to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) in Panama City, Florida.



Qualified candidates will be expected to provide quality assurance support to the NSWC PCD Quality Director.



Responsibilities include but not are limited to:



Audit technical projects and business processes against the requirements of the NSWC PCD Quality Management System.
Review project processes, procedures, and documentation, including objective quality evidence.
Document audit findings and recommendations and provide them to the NSWC PCD Quality Director for adjudication.
Maintain constructive relationships with audited personnel.
Perform or technically support other primary functions of the NSWC PCD Quality Office on an as-needed basis, including support of Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) High Velocity Learning (HVL) events and the Reduced Total Ownership Cost (rTOC) initiatives.
Produce clear and concise documentation of each audit, CPI/HVL event and rTOC collaboration.
When required, engage in the Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) program tracking items and supporting projects.


Requirements:

U.S. Citizen
SECRET security clearance
High school diploma or equivalent
Three (3) to nine (9) years of related experience
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
