Location: Chicago, IL (Remote)
Duration: 6+Months
? Total 8+ years of IT industry experience
? Minimum 2+ years of application/production support experience managing both
onsite and offshore teams.
? Minimum 4+ years of Project Management experience with extensive experience
in Agile framework (Scrum/Kanban)
? experience in Insurance domain, Life and Health Insurance
? Experienced Scrum Master managing large enterprise level projects
? Knowledge in distributed and mainframe applications, integration and tools
? Highly organized and effective communication skills, both written and
verbal, with internal and external stakeholders
? Create and provide various reporting metrics including SLAs, and
communication/client feedback
