Full-time Contracts Administrator

OVERVIEW

Business skills/experience needed in relation to administering Federal Government contracts varying in contract types and complexity

GENERAL DUTIES

Provide direct support to the Director of Contracts & Administration.
Participate in data calls for proposal support
Responsible for reviewing pre-contract agreements, provisions, terms and conditions to ensure adherence to corporate guidelines and monitor for legal compliance. Administer contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexity to include FFP, T&M, CPFF, CPAF, CPIF, and IDIQ task orders.
Input contract information into Deltek Costpoint.
Monitors contract performance to determine necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations.
Review and provide input to, as necessary, Program Manager's monthly reports before submission to customers.
Liaison with subcontractors.
Review invoices against contract funding.
Performs other duties as assigned or required.
Working knowledge of the FAR and DFAR
QUALIFICATIONS

5 years of experience in Federal Government contract experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
DESIRED SKILLS

Superb organizational and communication skills
CLEARANCE

Full US Citizen
