JOB DESCRIPTION:

You will be first under this role and the right candidate will have the opportunity to build their own team. Therefore, there will two phases:


PHASE ONE

-Prospecting for high quality leads
-Use our proven lead-sourcing strategies with scope to tailor the process
-Continually source, generate & secure new business in mid to large markets through relevant networking
-Identifying opportunities to grow the business and grow the brand
-Manage and grow your own pipeline to achieve your targets
-Gather information on prospects
-Monitor, investigate and provide market intelligence on all competitor activity


PHASE TWO

-Recruit, Lead, Coach and Develop your own team to ensure that they are empowered and supported to meet KPI’s
-Manage and be responsible for your department
-Observe and monitor workflows and identify improvement opportunities
-Provide effective coaching and feedback to staff on technical and performance related issues;
-Monitor team and individual performance against agreed KPI’s
-Provide accurate reporting and data


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

-We want someone DRIVEN and HUNGRY, with the ability to show own initiative
-Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
-Strong communication skills and great presentation skills.
-Demonstrate key attributes of a high achiever.
-Strong analytical skills
-Strong leadership skills
-Fluency with computers & office technology is a plus.
-Proven track-record of exceeding KPI’s
-(Bonus) Good table-tennis player
