Full-time Sales Representative

at Senior Lifestyle Solutions in Oregon

We are seeking Sales Representatives, Training Managers and Sales Managers to join our Team.
NO EXPERIENCE REQIRED. WE WILL TRAIN YOU! You will resolve customer questions and resolve questions to drive company revenue. We DO NOT engage in ANY high-pressure sales tactics. We seek first to educate our clients, then to earn their business. Our clients CHOOSE the plan they need, rather than being SOLD something.

Responsibilities:
• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing clients.
• Inform client of different options for Life and Health Insurance.
• Prospect and contact potential clients.
• Long Term and Short-Term Care, Final Expense Plans and Annuities.
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by deadlines.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Set follow-up appointments to keep clients aware of latest developments.
• Create sales materials to present to clients.
• Make home or office visits with clients.

Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years of age or older and pass background check.
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• No felonies or DUI/DWI.
• Must have Driver’s License, reliable vehicle and insurance.
• Life and Health insurance license or the ability to obtain one (We will assist you).
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or another related field preferred but not required.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Deadline and detail oriented.
• Ethical and professional conduct a MUST.
