Full-time Sales Manager

I.T.S.C. is looking for a highly engaging and motivated individual to manage our growing outside sales team.
In this role, you'll hone your professional sales and leadership techniques and learn all about the technology DIRECTV and AT&T offers as you build the service relationships that are the foundation of our company's (and your team's) success. Your ability to lead a team to help customers stay better connected by matching them with just the right products and services for their home or business will translate into financial rewards and real career momentum.
The Sales Manager is responsible for operations, sales performance results, employee supervision, and customer satisfaction in the Outside Sales Department.

Candidates must have:
• At least one year experience in a leadership or management role
• At least one year of previous sales experience
• A highly driven sense of motivation
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• A personable and professional demeanor
• Use of reliable, personal vehicle
• Vehicle registration and proof of insurance
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background check and drug test
