Job Title :  IBM Web Sphere Commerce Functional Analyst

Location : Charlotte - NC

Duration: 6+ Months

Job Description


Participate in the analysis, design, and implementation of platforms like
IBM WebSphere Commerce, Sterling Order Management and Apply specific functional
knowledge of eCommerce to help guide the design and implementation of the
solution.
8+ years of experience gathering and documenting requirements with at least
5+ years in eCommerce space
3+ year of implementing IBM WebSphere Commerce Server v7 / 8 & above and/or
IBM Sterling Order Management.
Manage and conduct requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews and
initial discover work.
Provide fit-gap analysis of the business processes and requirements against
the out of the box fitment in IBM WebSphere Commerce Server.
Well-versed with functionalities offered by the out of the box Aurora
Starter store.
Hands on experience in both B2B & B2C business processes in IBM WCS and/or
Sterling OMS
Develop business process redesign, roadmap planning and developing
proof-of-concepts
Prepare detailed requirement specifications, functional specifications, use
case and work-flow diagrams and manage the requirements throughout the project
lifecycle
Prepare training materials appropriate for target audiences and developed
solution and conduct training sessions
Lead testing efforts in conjunction with the Project or QA Manager,
including the design and execution of test scripts and scenarios
