Our team of highly successful consultants is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic team member with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude to support our marketing, sales and customer service efforts.

The selected candidate will be
Managing our digital and social marketing efforts with the coordination with our extended Marketing team in the Philippines.
Optimize our customers’ value through engagement with our Online Learning Platform.
Call customers and prospects to invite them to events, and make post-event follow-up calls.
Attend networking and promotional events, take pictures/videos, then edit and upload on our website and social media platforms
Maintain the content on our website, via blog and event posts, as well as other platforms including social media
Create and send email newsletters, and maintain our distribution lists
Processes and distributes incoming and outgoing mail for the office or department.
Manage customer logistics, such as attendance and assignment records
Transcribe minutes from meetings
Organize own work, set priorities, work independently on a day-to-day basis, meet critical deadlines and balance multiple objectives.
Compile information from various sources and preparing accurate records, reports and files.
Greet and assist people attending our events.

Good Verbal & Written Communication Skills
Can follow directions and implement learning and be coachable with pleasing personality and can handle work under pressure
Knowledge of administration and clerical processes
