Duties and Responsibilities:

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Exceptional listening skills & ability to pay attention to detail

- Proficient in English

- Solid proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Organization skills, personal success strategies

- Good with software, good with the internet

- Ability to think quickly and logically to ensure expedient response to customer inquiries

- Must have strong organization skills

- Enter information into multiple screens while listening to information from customers

- Must complete applicable training

Job Requirements

Minimum High School or GED required
Minimum 1 year customer service experience required
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Must be personable, energetic, positive and enjoy working with people daily
Great work ethic and solution oriented
Demonstrated leadership potential
Steady work history and the commitment to starting a new career
Excellent verbal/written communication
Must be willing to complete background check
