We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized Field Energy Sales Manager to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a key role in growing and managing a team of Retail Energy Marketing Associates and providing ongoing training. You will manage and coordinate the schedules of the Retail Marketing Associates to meet and exceed sales quotas along with your personal sales quota.

BGT Is a fully function Energy marketing firm based in Wyoming with offices in Chicago and soon New York City, We focus on all aspects of customer acquisitions for some of the leading energy suppliers in the industry. We do this by implementing various ROI marketing strategies for our clients such as Retail acquisitions, Brand Ambassadorship, and event marketing through our experienced agents with a dash of uniqueness that separates us from our competitors.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Organize and coordinate sales representatives schedules
Interview and hire new associates
Train new retail marketing associates on sales techniques and our client's services
Perform daily check in on retail/event/street marketing locations
Manage retail marketing associates
Work with the team when closing sales
Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
Meet all sales quotas and goals
Assist retail marketing associates and team to meet and exceed goals
Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments
Maintain a safe work environment
Setup kiosk/event/street marketing locations

Performance Measurements:

Regular and prompt attendance

Meet established weekly personal sales quota/goals


High school degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business, or related field preferred or related work experience

Three (3) years’ previous experience in sales or marketing

One to two (2) years in a Managment sales or marketing role

Must have a car

Demonstrated and proven sales results

High rate closer

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Persuasive and goal-oriented

In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the market

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently


Competitive hourly base + Commission + Overrides + Bonuses
