Full-time Channel Partner

Role: The Channel Partner role includes business development and sales for Performax ( - an award-winning business intelligence and analytics software platform. The Channel Partner will highlight how Performax can help a prospective client improve internal engagement, innovation, and agility; and also show software demos. He/she will be trained in Performax, its features and benefits, and its value proposition; and have access to sales and marketing collateral. The Performax team provides post-sales implementation support.

It streamlines and automates the stakeholder intelligence gathering process. It also serves as a continuous audit and compliance tool to support strategy-execution effectiveness and enterprise alignment. Performax engages employees, customers, and partners in a LIVE feedback and feed-forward process that ensures stakeholder buy-in and minimises resistance to change, thus improving business transformation effectiveness.

Remuneration: The rewards are 100% performance-based, as there is no base salary. However, there is an aggressive commission structure through which, Channel Partners are paid 30% of top-line revenue generated on an annuity basis. Average deal-size is around $3,000/month or $36,000 annually. Therefore, the Channel Partner receives approx. $12,000/year only through one client sale. Therefore, with a portfolio of approx. 25 customers, a Channel Partner may receive $25,000/month throughout the lifetime of the customer, which equates to approx. $300,000/year in annual commissions.
